Nan Ross is a transformational educator, author, and community advocate dedicated to helping individuals rebuild clarity, confidence, and economic stability after life-disrupting transitions.

With over two decades of experience across business, technology, education, and personal development, Nan bridges emotional healing with practical execution. Her work supports people navigating career disruption, financial stress, personal loss, and identity shifts—guiding them from survival mode into grounded, forward-moving capability.

Nan is the founder of Rewrite & Rise, Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on resilience-building, workforce readiness, and accessible education. Through community partnerships, she delivers free and low-cost workshops on topics such as emotional resilience, career transition, financial self-worth, and practical AI literacy for modern work.

She is the author of multiple personal transformation books and the creator of simulation-based learning experiences that blend reflection with real-world skill development. Her teaching style is calm, structured, and deeply human—designed to meet people where they are and move them toward sustainable growth.

Nan has delivered speaking engagements, workshops, and lectures at universities, libraries, and community organizations across the U.S. and internationally, reaching learners in more than 70 countries. Her community work emphasizes access, dignity, and empowerment—especially for individuals who have been overlooked by traditional systems.

Director of Technology

Julian Brown is a seasoned technology leader with deep experience designing, scaling, and securing IT environments that support mission-driven organizations. As Director of Technology, Julian oversees the nonprofit's technology strategy, infrastructure, and service delivery, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

With a strong background in IT operations, asset management, service desk leadership, and endpoint management, Julian has led organizations through transitions from ad-hoc technology practices to structured, scalable, and automated environments. His expertise includes device lifecycle management, identity and access management, cloud-based productivity tools, vendor coordination, and the development of policies that balance security with usability.

Julian is known for translating technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders and for building technology solutions that enable staff to focus on impact rather than IT friction. He brings a pragmatic, people-first approach to technology leadership, prioritizing efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement in support of the organization's mission.
