Our Mission

Rewrite & Rise, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking barriers to technology careers for underserved and career-transitioning adults.

Our mission is to break barriers to tech careers by providing high-quality, scholarship-based training, connecting graduates to employer pipelines, and fostering long-term economic stability.

Through the Rewrite & Rise Workforce Development, we provide tuition-free training in Agile, Scrum, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), combining hands-on simulation, certification preparation, and job placement support.

We serve individuals who are unemployed, underemployed, or seeking a career change, with a focus on women, minorities, veterans, and first-generation professionals who face financial and systemic barriers to accessing professional training.

As demand for technology professionals continues to grow, unequal access to education remains a critical challenge. Rewrite & Rise addresses this gap by expanding access to in-demand skills, strengthening workforce pipelines, and creating pathways to family-sustaining careers.
